The house is nicely surrounded by the several tall trees on the property which is over 270㎡ wide. The major renewal and maintenance work was done in 2020 for the roof, balcony, carport, water heater, gas stove, washstand, toilet and others. A small babbling brook flows through the property, which further enriches the property’s beauty and soothing atmosphere.
